Biography
Debbie K. Lewis is a REALTOR with ERA American Realty of Northwest Florida, Inc., a full service real estate company with a Residential Division, a Commercial Division, and a Property Management Division. The company is active in residential, commercial, investment real estate sales, real estate leasing and development. Professionally, she is a member of Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtor. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (2% of all realtors nation-wide) awarded by the Realtors National Marketing Institute, and the Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI) awarded by the National Association of Realtors. A consistent million/multi-million dollar producer since 1996 and a Top Ten Sales Agent of American Realty.
Active in community affairs, Debbie is a member and has served on numerous Chamber of Commerce committees, currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Ambassadors Committee; member of and past secretary of the Board of Directors for Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS; is past President and charter member of Women´s Council of Realtors.
Currently serving as Marketing Coordinator to the Executive Board for the Valparaiso-Niceville Girls Softball Association. She is actively involved in her local church working in both the nursery and children´s ministries. She has made several mission trips to the Bui orphanage in Russia providing assistance to underprivileged children.
She is married to Msgt Charles "Kevin" Payne, USAF. They have been stationed at Eglin Air Force Base since 1994.
